Cancellation Policy
A 24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for another client or someone else to schedule. If you give appropriate notice (24 hours or more), no service fee will be charged. If you fail to make your appointment with no notice you will be considered a “no show” and will be charged 100% of the service fee. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule and you may be charged a late fee. When booking with LUSH for any appointment or service, a deposit will be required. If a deposit is not made within 24 hours of booking, your appointment could be filled and will not be confirmed. When booking your amazing spa atmosphere appointment please know you are agreeing with all these terms. For all packages and memberships, they will expire after one year from purchase date. It is up to you as the client to check on your remaining services before they expire.
